Combat Airlifter
of the Week

Major Monica Landrum receives a coin from Brig. Gen. Wayne Schatz, 19th Airlift Wing commander, for her selection as the Combat Airlifter of the Week Dec. 8.
Inset, Major Monica Landrum, 62nd Airlift Squadron chief of Training, updates the squadron’s training calendar Dec. 8. Major Landrum was selected as the Combat Airlifter of the Week for her skillful planning of the annual squadron “Yacht Club” reunion. She arranged all the events for over 30 yacht club attendees, as well as honored present and past veterans. Additionally, Major Landrum is responsible for her 20 member office and ensures all training requirements are met for the office’s 175 assigned and attached aviators.
