Combat Airlifter
of the Week

Col. James Johnson, 19th Airlift Wing vice commander, presents Tech Sgt. Carey Billig, non-commissioned officer in charge, Personnel Readiness Function, with a coin for her selection as the Combat Airlifter of the Week. Sergeant Billig's accomplishments include creating a readiness community of practice for 50 unit deployment managers and 25 commanders to have unlimited access to taskings and current deployment guidance.
