The 19th Logistics Readiness Squadron is composed of 12 sections. The flight service center picks up and returns 40 to 100 parts daily. In 2013, 10,000 parts worth approximately $100 million were processed through the flight service center. In 2012 and 2013, Little Rock Air Force Base maintained a 99 percent accuracy rating on parts inventory surpassing Air Mobility Command’s standard of 97 percent. Central storage holds approximately 700,000 parts worth an estimated $88 million. These parts range from the smallest of screws to aircraft engines. April is Alcohol Awareness Month
Little Rock Air Force Base Alcohol Awareness Month is held every April and was founded and has been sponsored by the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence since 1987. The idea is to increase the publics awareness and to help reduce the stigma associated with alcoholism that too often prevents individuals and families from seeking help.
