Senior Airman Regina Ahiable, a 19th Medical Operations Squadron aerospace medical technician, came to America on a mission to enhance the medical quality of life for her birthplace and country of origin — Ghana. After only four years in the Air Force, Ahiable has accomplished many of her goals, including her selection into the Nurse Enlisted Commissioning Program, where she will earn her commission as an officer upon graduation. Senior Airman Regina Ahiable, a 19th Medical Operations Squadron aerospace medical technician, came to the United States with a plan: leave the country and family whom she loved and embark on an opportunity that could afford her the chance to make a huge difference in her community.

In the thick of it: 34th Combat Training Squadron

Recently, I was able to witness one of the combat exercises that the 34th Combat Training Squadron conducts at the Joint Readiness Training Center in Ft. Polk, Louisiana.
